Refund Policy

NIMAC Membership is as an individual and is not transferable.  Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Breakfast Forum registrations may be transferred to another person, or with 48 hours notice fully refunded.

Christmas Luncheon payment may be transferred to another person but are not refundable if no person attends.

NIMAC hosted workshop registrations may be transferred to another person, or with 7 days notice fully refunded.

If a Breakfast Forum, Christmas Luncheon or NIMAC hosted event is cancelled, refunds will be provided.

NIMAC Annual Conference payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis under extraordinary circumstances.
