NIMAC respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at NIMAC’s web site.

Information Collection: NIMAC may collect photos of NIMAC functions. NIMAC does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information. We collect power-point presentations from speakers at our professional development activities.

Information Usage:

The information collected by NIMAC is available to financial members only in the forms of: Newsletters, Speaker notes, Forum flyers and assorted resources such as Text books. Registered users receive additional announcements from us about professional development activities, special deals e.g. text books and a newsletter.

We do not share data with third parties.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note when you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. Our Web site offers a Notice Board and Forum and Conference information. Please be advised that information posted on these venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will advise you via the Newsletter.

Access to Information:

NIMAC maintains the accuracy of our information by six monthly review of the web site.
